Many times an on-site visit is needed to properly diagnose and solve your digital crisis, and other times it is just for convenience.
Average on-site service calls last for about an hour to an hour and a half, depending on the problem. Our technicians are able to quickly locate the problem and the best solution.
Sometimes with severe issues it can be cost effective to have the technician take your computer back to the shop to avoid excessive billable hours.
