Conceived in 2005 with just two people, Digital Crisis is now a leading service driven,
IT support company with a dozen highly experienced technicians ready to help. In early 2009, we relocated to Downtown Houston to be centrally located to better serve all of the Houston area.

Digital Crisis is a socially conscious company whose primary focus is to provide ordinary people with the highest quality computer support services possible and to promote job growth in the City of Houston. Unlike many large retail stores that only care about sales, our number one goal is to help you solve your computer problems. Billy Hathcock

Computer Hardware Specialist

Billy has over twenty years of experience in the Commercial and Personal IT field and over ten years in business management.

If you are looking into purchasing a new server, Billy will personally assitst you in picking out the proper equipment and software for your company. Also with multiple years of experience in data recovery, he is able to help you save your files from accidental deletion and hardware failures.

With a firm foundation in hardware, Billy has personally created and installed thousands of machines. Whether it is a low end single-core machine or a sixteen-core server, Billy knows how to properly build and maintain your machine so that it always runs at peak performance and does what it is supposed to do.

Robert Smith

Laptop & Apple Mac Specialist

Robert is a life long computer tech and has been fixing computers since before he could even read what was on the screen. With over thirteen years of experience as a freelance computer tech and web developer, he has aquired the neccessary skills to quickly solve just about any computer problem.

Professionally, during the last decade Robert has worked in and managed four different computer repair shops. In this time he repaired, built, and upgraded thousands of computers of all shapes and sizes. He has also worked as a computer programming tutor, helping and mentoring students through the program.

Robert specializes in laptop repair, Apple computer support, virus removal, and data recovery. Without a problem he can get your machine running better than when it was new out of the box.

Zach Kitchen

Networking & Server Specialist

Zach has been building, repairing, and upgrading computers since he was in junior high school. Professionally, Zach gained experience working as an IT/System administrator for an internet café, managing over two dozen PCs with a server that controlled it all.

He gained expertise in identifying and resolving security issues when he worked as a computer security consultant for a computer security forensics company. Also Zach has a vast background in computer programming. Programming anything from a simple website database to automated industrial machinery in chemical plants.

Zach's knowledge of networking and servers will allow him to make the proper assessment of your business's IT infrastructure. Whether you need a server to manage all your communications or just a wireless network in your home, Zach can get it done right.
